Forever In Motion (FIM) is a health promotion initiative sponsored by the Saskatchewan Health Authority that helps older adults become physically active through volunteer-led physical activity groups. FIM happens every Monday and Thursday from 10:30-11:30.
FIM is rescheduled to Tuesday when Monday is a holiday.
