The Journey Groups invite people to examine past life experiences that have impacted their emotional and spiritual health.
With the assistance of two trained facilitators, participants explore the often unexamined life experiences that keep us from living whole and healthy lives including trauma, neglect, betrayal, abandonment, and abuse in all its forms (emotional. physical, sexual, spousal, and spiritual).
Groups are limited in size (6-8 people including leaders) and are often co-ed.
