I was born and raised in Moose Jaw and moved to Saskatoon to take my Early Childhood Education training. My entire career has been in the service of children and their families. I’ve enjoyed being an Early Childhood Educator, a Centre Director, an Early Learning Consultant and a Mentor. My husband Darryl and I celebrated our thirtieth anniversary in 2022. We enjoy spending time with our two adult children and their people! Darryl and I enjoy cheering on the Riders, volunteering together as well as taking in a good movie whenever we can. In my spare time I enjoy serving in the Nursery here at Circle, puttering in my yard, being part of a poetry group and playing clarinet in the Saskatoon Community Band. I believe children are capable and competent learners who flourish in an environment that gives them an opportunity to play and explore. I love being part of that process!
