Bob was raised on a farm in Ontario and, to this day, still loves sitting on any farm machinery when possible. He was called into ministry while attending Briercrest College (Caronport, SK). He has served Alliance churches in Ontario and Alberta. He retired in 2011 and became the Vice President of Human Resources for a manufacturing company in Edmonton. God called him back into ministry in 2015 for the specific role of Transition Pastor, helping churches navigate the space between lead pastors. Since then, He has served in 5 churches as a Transitional Pastor and has Coached 2 large churches (and staff) through their transitions. He loves the Church and every Church deserves to be led well.
Bob and his wife Cheryl have 5 children and 13 grandchildren. Bob reads everything leadership, enjoys strolling down fairways and is a crazy sports fan. Yes, he is an Edmonton Oilers fan!
