2025 Annual General Meeting

This year our Annual General Meeting will be held on October 26^th, 2025 at 1:00pm in the Auditorium at Circle Drive Alliance Church. This is a great opportunity to join us as we review the past year, celebrate what God has done and look ahead to the year to come. Our AGM is open to everyone that calls Circle home, but only official Members of Circle Drive Alliance Church are eligible to vote.

AGM Items of Business: 

• Review and approval of the 2024-2025 Annual Report and Financials
• Election of the 2025-2026 Board of Elders
• Review of the 2025-2026 Operating Budget

Questions and Nominations from the floor:

• To ensure clarity and accurate responses, all questions for the Board must be submitted in advance of the AGM. Please note that questions will not be taken from the floor during the meeting.
• The deadline to submit your questions is Thursday, October 23, 2025, by emailing askyourboard@cdac.ca
• The deadline for nominations is Sunday, October 12, 2025, by emailing, askyourboard@cdac.ca
