2024 Annual General Meeting

This year our Annual General Meeting will be held on October 27, 2024 at 1:00pm in the auditorium at Circle Drive Alliance Church. This is a great opportunity to join us as we review the past year, celebrate what God has done and look ahead to the year to come.

Our AGM is open to everyone that calls Circle home, but only official Members of Circle Drive Alliance Church are eligible to vote.

Items of business that take place at our AGM are:

• Review and approval of the 2023/24 Annual Report and Financials
• Election of the 2024/25 Board of Elders
• Review of the 2024/25 Operating Budget
• An Opportunity to Ask Questions and Stay Informed as to ‘What’s Happening at Circle’
